Default Taurine Questions

Hey fellas. I read that you should be taking taurine while on cycle, I think swole said it in an earlier post. I haven't been taking it and I am on an OT cycle and winnie. Just about done. Only 1 week left. What does taurine do for me while on cycle or in general and is it something I should consider taking now?
Thanks
MGeorge

I use it to take care of all those painful lower back pumps I get while on cycles, especially if I'm using orals. I dunno about OT, but winny doesn't cause painful pumps, so you may not truly need it.

i heard it acts as a cell volumizer, similar to creatine, i'm also pretty sure its an amino acid but not a BCAA

I got a friend who stacks it with CEE - 3g pre and 3g post he recommends

I'm not sure how you'd take it relieve painful pumps, i'm guessing it would be good on an M1T cycle then too?

DAMM!! thats CRAZY cheap!

what is it like, in tabs or powder? is the packaging all good, i'm thinking of getting 500g in the tub, thats literally 10 times more than GNC give you (at GNC 50g will cost you 7, for an extra 3 you can get 10X's MORE!) thats insane, GNC are ****ers

also have you tried their BCAAs? and/or their ALA? might get some of them too, my question is do they come in caps or (i'm guessing they just come) in powdered form?

peace

They come in powder form, ordered some last week, along with creatine, glutamine and gurana extract. Im cheap, they charge a bit extra for the tub so mine are in bags, all tied up tho, so its all good!
