I haven't been taking it and I am on an OT cycle and winnie. Just about done. Only 1 week left. What does taurine do for me while on cycle or in general and is it something I should consider taking now? | Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: | i heard it acts as a cell volumizer, similar to creatine, i'm also pretty sure its an amino acid but not a BCAA I got a friend who stacks it with CEE - 3g pre and 3g post he recommends I'm not sure how you'd take it relieve painful pumps, i'm guessing it would be good on an M1T cycle then too? |
