Read stuff about whey being absorbed quickly and really only being of benfit straight after a work out. The proteins with a slower digestive rate should keep my body in a positive nitrogen ballance for longer. What do you's think?? S ______________________ "Hard But Smart" |

I ordered mione from myprotein. ______________________ Benj |
