Default EGGNATION. Liquid egg whites

I have found this website online selling pastuerised liquid egg whites.

www.eggnation.co.uk

I was wondering what you guys think on this stuff?

I have enquired about bulk orders and they have come back to me with a price of 107.75 for a order of 24 "free range" 1300ml tubs. Was thinking if anyone wanted to place an order directly and split it, because 24 tubs seem alot

yes its safe commando tom.

I first heard about pasteurised liquid egg whites over a year ago through a company called "egg whites international". It was a firm based in the U.S.
I enquired however contrary to their name they said that they did not currently ship outside of the US!

I recently stumbled across this site.

I shall get in touch with them and ask them whats the situation regarding splitting the order for delivery to different addresses.

I SHALL BE BACK FOR MORE NEWS!

It appeals to me, I don't like the hassle of cooking eggs, but have been put off eating them raw for obvious reasons.

I've just gone for the 22, 6 eggs a day deal for a month.

I'm going to put one in each shake I have during the day. Three a day, so this should last for 2 months. I'll see how it goes and will let you know on perceived quality etc......

I got on OK. I had a problem with the dispenser. It's a bit clumsy. f'ing egg white everywhere. In the end I pushed it so hard I broke it.

No problem I thought - I'll just use the normal lid and estimate the amount. This worked fine - aside from one little problem. Because the eggs are getting exposed to air because you are taking the lid off a couple of times a day, they seemed to go off pretty quickly. I am pretty sure that the dispenser would alleviate this problem, but didn't use it for long enough to be sure. They started to smell after 5-7 days.

It's a bloody messy business, that's for sure.

No problems with the company. Was delivered by courier still frozen, on time ETC
