IDS Whey Protein Tests BAD

Looks like IDS thought they could pull the wool over everyone's eyes and make claims about its protein that just weren't true. Guess we're too smart for that. Someone tested it and here are the claims:

i think most protein supplements if tested would not meet the label claims.

sometimes i think a scoop maybe just a scoop of flavour. i only use whey from good companys now.

what whey do you use gettinswole?

I typically use Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey, but in about 2 weeks I'm going to switch to a weight-gainer, something more like Optimum's Serious Mass b/c I need some more calories and carbs to go w/ the protein

how much you pay for it out there? i no its cheap on bb.com and myvitanet.

its just to dear to ship whey over here..

any ideas on how to ship it over cheaply.

I pay $25 including shipping for ON 100% whey from massnutrition.com I'm not real sure though if they ship internationally or not.

yeah i,ve had a look at there site, thats real cheap.

That's crazy cheap. I pay 44$ Canadian dollars if I go to the store! Well, actually how much is that for? 5lbs?

i just bought some ON 100% from there... 72.99 for 15lbs - not bad!

I was buying own label whey concentrate from www.sports-nutrition.net before, 10lbs for 49.99 I think - which is good price too and I was totally satisfied, but i decided to swtich to ON's because of there HUGE rep in the states! and it works out slightly cheaper too, plus they have a slightly better spec. (cons, isos, hyrdrisos, good AA profile etc), you can't go wrong with 100% ON whey i'm looking forawrd to tasting it as i've read loads of reviews about how good it tastes

check out www.1fast400.com change the currency to 's on the right and check out the UK price of it! its like 13 for 5lbs or something!! like half the price of what we have to pay over here!! BUT you pay that again in shipping charges, because its on weight of the goods, after shipping it was cheaper for me to buy from discount supps

all US sites are the same, they all charge on weight so we in the UK are screwed...

all i can say is thank God for discount supps! or else you wouldn't be able to get a thing over

Yeah that was for a 5lb tub of ON. I'm getting a 12lb bag of ON's Serious Mass here soon. It will only run me about $40 american. So it should be a great addition to my eating habits
