Nope never had a problem with it, if your in good health it shouldn't be a problem besides exposure to these things helps to build up resistence.
Thats the problem these days everything is so clinically clean now that youngsters don't build up resistence to anything.

personally i think tuna drinks are minging but if you want to dilute the taste use diet coke or fresh orange. rinse the tuna out in the can with the lid on in cold water whilst squeezing the brine out.
ill stick with strawberry/chocolate/banana protein shakes myself....

If your bulking up use whole eggs if not just the whites but check your cholesterol levels regularly.

when using egg whites i always blast them for 5-10 seconds in the microwave to be on the safe side.
