I used to use the all-in-one MRP, not bad stuff, until I found out they use New Zealand Whey Protein or NZMP (well that was the last time I looked at their site). IMO and experience NZMP is not the best quality whey protein. A company called USN used to use NZMP whey protein in their products a couple of years ago (they dont anymore) and people used to complain of stomach problems, caused by high lactose in the whey (apparently) What products were you interested in?

well I've actually been using products from this site for a few months, including the whey concentrate, whey isolate, glutamine, creatine and ala (prices are so cheap and you get 10% off orders over 100 i normally end up taking advantage of that)

thing is before this i was using maximuscle, so i was like... wow massive savings!!! but now i'm taking my training so seriously i really want the best source of supplements, and you can get products now in the UK such as O.N. 100% whey for the same sort of price which is huge in the states (check out some of the reviews at http://www.1fast400.com/ - its on the right hand side in the top 10 list twice!), so i'm seriously considering about changing my protien supplement to that! - especially now you tell me that it is high in lactose.. what is bad about lactose anyway?

reckon i should look at coming off their whey isolate too?

their glutamine seems fine as dose their creatine, but i just bought a load of micronized Met-Rx creatine in the GNC sale to last me for AGES!, i might stick with the glutamine from them unless i find anyone that is selling it at a similar price, then i might look into things

i will also need to find a good whey isolate if i'm gonna come of all-in-1's...
