| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2004 Posts: 2 Rep Power: ![]() | HI I have done weights - naturally for about 6 months. Dumbell bench lifts - 27.7k - each hand - 2 sets of 10 reps Bench press - 50k - 60k without using supplements. ------------------------ I now want to take this to the next level and take supplements. I was thinking of starting off with creatamax but I went into a health shop and came out with a tub of Promax Extreme ! - it looked like the best deal. I havent opened it yet - want to get advice first. Is this OK for me to start with - bearing in mind I have never used supplements before. I go to Fitness First Gym about 5 times a week and do cardio and weights. I don't do any other sport or excercise. Is it OK for me to use Promax Extreme - I just want to train harder and lift heavier - not to body build but to just be bigger and fitter. Should I use this or take it back and get Creatamax ? What do you think ? Thanks Steve |

Also i would recomend insted of the promax stuff you buy from cheaper companys such as prolab, wieder, reflex, gnc and 100% optimum whey. But if you are wanting ot save alod of money buy in bulf from tmfo, wheyconsrtium, myprotine and barcell. Quote:
