Default opinions on reflex supplements?

i have just ordered some reflex products instant mass and creapure creatine from www.****************.com (didnt want to name the site as it might get misinterpretated as advertising ) it was an ok price 15.99 for 500grams of creatine and 31.99 for the instant mass about to start taking it tonight wondering if anyone has had any results good or bad and should i take 5 gram s per day after working out or load?
thanks for the time to read my post

regarding the creatine some people say u dont need to load and some people say u do. So the choice is yours mate.

Personly i always load for 5 days and then take the 5grams per day.

Heard they are too bad, but checkout this http://www.supplemen****chdog.com/reflex.shtml
As for the creatine, I would take 5gms in the morning, 5gms after a workout. IMO anyway. On many occasions there is discrepency between loading and not to load. I have seen graphs of studies doen where they show how much your urinary excretion of creatine increases with loading. The graphs also indicated that with loading you reach a peak much quicker, but drops off below the peak before leveling off, whereas if you take it consistantly it takes little longer to peak but you maintain that peak level when it plateus. As for my personal experiences, I have loaded and it did work fine, I did feel as though I got stronger in a shorter time period. IMO the amount of creatine used is proportionate to a persons muscle mass. So obvioulsy a large pro bodybuilder would require larger daily intakes than the average person.

respect 2 notts my man

i think reflex are a pretty striaght company, i can't imagine any of their products have roids in, in the article it dose not mention they did

plus it mentions that UK sprinters did NOT test positive for any banned substances and they were using the same range of products

so personally i think reflex are safe
