Recently I read an article on how whey is actually a bad protein, (Apart from post workout) becuase it's digested far to fast and half the protein is wasted, and apparently your best off getting a protein blend. | Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | The problem with milk is 1 in 5 people are lactose (milk sugar) intolerant, this tends to cause wind and indigestion and hinders your body's ability to digest the protein. It may make it taste creamy but from a muscle building point of view - milk in your whey is not wise for many. |
