welcome to the board chris

whats your current weight?

its usually

lose fat or bulk up.

a good supplement with ephedra in it would work well on the stomach.

but if your gut aint to big,i wouldnt worry too much about it

Default Bulk up

First off I wish there was a quick way to do it.

Very Generally:
Your diet will be very important. Try break your meals up into 6 per day. Take a minimum of 1.5g of protein per 1kg body weight.

e.g. Have breakfast, mid breakfast, lunch, mid lunch, dinner and then finally before bed.

If youre not going to eat "food" every meal, supplement with a weight gainer or protein powder. Add plenty of training as well as rest and take a good creatine powder or capsule.
