A good start would be to post your diet up on the board so people can comment. As a basic rule of thumb, per day try and hit 3000 calories to start 1-2 grms protein per pound of bodyweight - Tuna and Chicken seem to be the most popular sources, as they are low in fat. 4 grms carbs per pound of bodyweight - stick to quality carbs, both complex and simple. Try and draw these foods from fruit and veg, not chocolate etc. - For people who find it hard to put on weight, you may need to increase your carbs beyond this. I do, otherwise no gain. other MAJOR factors I can think of at the moment (still 1/2 asleep) break your meals up - have 6 - 8 smaller per day. a little one before bed so you're not fasting for too long watch the stress. not too much beer. sleep well and long. As for the training, you need to work SERIOUSLY HARD to get results. You're best bet might be to find a gym buddy to point you in the right direction. good luck mate |

If you are training at home for 20 mins the likleyhood is its not hard enough. You appear to have no motivation so you need a training partner, and you need to join a gym where hopefully your ego will kick in and you will want people to see you get stronger and subsequently get bigger. You should forget creatine, you need to decide what you want in life, a good physique won't happen drinking creatine mass builders and watching Eastenders. |

There is a load of crap said about bodybuilding, but 'no pain, no gain' is spot on. it might sound corny, but that's the way it is. A good training partner will soon show you that!! good luck mate, stick with it ![]() |
