pre make creatine????

can u pre make 1 creatin i was wanting to pre make 1 so i can take it and have it at collage coz im doing a loading at the mo?????????

Hey Jackamo,

Nope, you can't pre make creatine as it will break down into creatinine which is pretty useless for BBing.

You could just get some small tupperware boxes etc and measure out enough creatine for the day put it in the boxes and just mix it up with Lucozade/juice etc when you need to.

ok cheers il stick a bit in like a small food pot or ice creame tub, just it will be descrete coz at collage look like a bit of a **** mixing all these drinks lol

Why not use caps Jakmo?

What you could also do is pack it into those nice small coin plastic packets about 1inc x 1inch, just dont get caught mixing it up
