Hello All.
Ok, may as well be the first to post this up.
I have been training as hard as possible the last few weeks, following up a nasty motorcycle crash where I took some nasty injuries to my neck and shoulder.
Still only about to push about 50% maximum weight on any upper body movement at the moment due to my shoulder, so its been a struggle.
Anyway, Current stats are.
Height: 6ft 2"
Weight: 17st 4lb
BF%: 14%...
