Hey anyone reading,
been unable to post for a bit as the systems in work have been blocking forum access but I've got a new laptop so I'll be back posting. Just been keeping at the gym but as I wanted to develop on here using my blog I've not been trying to do anythin amazing until I could get some money together to get this

Well I'll be posting a proper catch up either tonight or Thursday (got a concert tomorrow)
