Hey internet,
sorry for the delay work's been a bit of a nightmare and yesterday was my first day off in 2 weeks. New job stresses were kicking in a bit last week so after work and the gym I was usually coming in, meaning to post, then falling asleep or thinking I was too tired to post anything worth...well posting.
I've decided on another weeks overall conditioning exercises and then starting my new plans later this week. I'm off Friday and most of the weekend so it'll be good to have time to enjoy it again.
I used the new scales we have and however reliable these scales might be I thought I would post it anyway. My stats are as follows:
24 years old
5ft 10" approx
9.5 stone
13.3% Body Fat
45.2% BM (I thought this was body mass but at this percentage????)
59.6% BF (in the manual it says this is hydration???)
If anyone can clarify what they think these percentages stand for it'd be much appreciated. I don't think they're amazingly accurate but an indicator if nothing else.
Posting up my proposed work-out in a separate blog from this just for easier browsing.

Its actually Bone Mass fella.
basal metabolic rate (BMR) and active metabolic rate (AMR) are often shown too in abbreviated form and BF is indeed hydration |
