Howard's Training Blog - Diet

This the diet i try to stick to, but it sometimes it slips abit, not sure it very good but any advice or improvements much appreciated.
6.30am 100g Oals + Seeds and Dried Friuts + Simmi Skimmed Milk, Cup of Tea, 1 xbanana
8:00 1 x scoop of ON 100 whey with Skimmed Milk
9.30 Gym
10.45 Extremem Build And Recover + Banana
1.30 75g Brown Rice, Chicken Pieces, Sometimes Tuna Sandwich or Anynohter meat + Apple.
3.30 Tuna or Chicken Sandwich with salad in brown bread. + Or Egg Sandwich.
7.00 Cooked meal varies, as i live at home, alwasy veg, and normally meat or fish.
9.00 1x Scoop ON 100% Whey, Plus bowl of Oats with Simi Skimmed Milk
Back training tomorrow had last couple of days of as felt crap and didn't think it wouold be worth training and not giving it my all.
