Not quite sure how these blogs work, if you use "post ot your blog" seems to start new blog?

Anyway today i did my Back and Biceps, resting my chest for a week as ive been struggling with it. Good session in gym today

Deadlifts
1x8 @ 60kg
3x5 @ 110kg
1x5 @ 120kg

Bent Over Rows
1x8@ 50kg
3x5@ 70kg

EZ Bar Curls
5x5 @ 32.5kg (including Bar)

Dumbell Curs
3x5 @ 15kg dumbells

This the diet i try to stick to, but it sometimes it slips abit, not sure it very good but any advice or improvements much appreciated.


6.30am 100g Oals + Seeds and Dried Friuts + Simmi Skimmed Milk, Cup of Tea, 1 xbanana

8:00 1 x scoop of ON 100 whey with Skimmed Milk

9.30 Gym

10.45 Extremem Build And Recover + Banana


1.30 75g Brown Rice, Chicken Pieces, Sometimes Tuna Sandwich or Anynohter meat +...

Why Started

I first started training in january because i wanted to become bigger and stronger for rugby as i've alwasy been small, but then when i read more in to bodybuilding become a real passion and started taking it much more seriously, so i'm going to carry on with it and hope to compete one day, but i'm years away yet!
