Hey Guys,
On the days when you dont work out, should you continue to take your whey protein supplement shakes the same as on the days when you do work out? If so what does that achieve? more mass? My aim is to bulk up so was recommended to add mass but don't have any weight gainer atm so gonna finish my whey protein first before i buy some Thanks in advance |

Due to you training your body over the space of a week means you will always be recovering in one area or the other so your protein requirements are constant, its not what you eat on the day that you train its what you digest on the days around your training days that allows you to recover and grow.
Not enough protein will hinder your growth. ______________________ www.extremenutrition.co.uk - 25% off for all MC members, discount code MCD25. Want to add size? Do it cheaply with an Extreme Size Stack! |
