I have issues with my wrists/right arm (and no its not from overly using it for a wnk like I keep getting told!). Basically I have broken my arm and incurred fractures to my wrists on a number of occasions. This is how lucky I am. I keep getting pains randomly had it tested and mri scanned and nothing showing. I got told to exercise it but was not told exactly how even after asking I got this twisting the wrist exercise which seems like it won't do any thing. Anyway I have also been told that in comparison to my arms my wrists are quite small and I've noticed this too b4 I was 1st told. So I was wondering are there exercises to build the wrist area and also strengthen them as they are quite weak. Another thing I saw when I was looking for a bench, is this thing called a power twister but could not find any independent views. What do you guys think of the product? Have you used it or know where I can be directed to to read reviews? heres a link to their site: Gold's Gym Power Twister - £14.99 - Gold's Gym - GoldsGymDirect.co.uk Thanx |
