Default Progress Report

Ok i havent been hugely active on the forum - mainly been browsing although pikey has sorted me out with some sound advice. My current progress in first 30 days is:

Original Weight - 203 lbs
Current Weight - 189 lbs

Having put on around 4 lbs of water and some muscles i have lost 15 pounds and gone from 32.4% body fat to 26.4%. Pretty friggin good. My next target is now to lose 9lbs in the next 3 weeks before i am of on holiday.... ofcourse i will be watching what i eat/drink when i am over in Dublin. !!!!
