Hey, i have recently looked at Nitrix 'am-pm vaso-muscular volumizer' it states some impressive features however it says if you are under 200lbs (and i am) to take 3 of the tablets 3 times per day... seems a bit of a lot to me, dont want to end up with any side effects or whatever :S

im not an expert on supplements but this seems to claim the best results... has anyone heard anything about or used/using this before?

as with all supplements they all claim good results... havent personally used that supplement tho so couldnt comment on it. nothing beats a quality diet and good training routine tho.
