i`m pretty certain the routine itself is unimportant.
only thing that will change is that ultimately you will plataeu in strength.(long while before that happens tho)
my long term plan is something similar 12-12.5 stone with minimal BF

Nath are you solely looking for maintenance as you have now reached a size you don't want to exceed...?

In which case do less workouts and more cardio - 3/4 workouts over a two week period with separate cardio days should have you maintaining muscle mass and increasing leanness
