yes big time, i could do with a stair lift through fear of falling LOL i walk down very slowly holding onto the had rail like an old man, do get some funny looks as it more of a posers gym than a BB one

Yeh.It's even worse if you've done calf's aswell.Walking down a flight of stair's is alway's a chuckle.Driving home is a tad dodgy too,glad it's only a few mile's.
