| Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 12 Rep Power: ![]() | Hello all, I want to build a diary and show the improvment of working out but need a little help. I Just wanna know what sort of info i need to put in it. As im a beginner i was just wondering if some of you can point me in the direction of what to eat, when and what sort of work outs to do. I work from eight till six so it kinda has to work round that. I have brought some Proten shakes to have in between meals so it helps me put the weight on i need. Any advise welcome |
