Default Gyms in Walthamstow

Hi,

Have just moved to the area and am looking for a new gym.

At one stage in life i was incredibly fit and playing American football and then hurt my knee and things went downhill!! Only just decided to start training heavily again. Am sure i will be asking for advice soon!! In the meantime i need to find a gym.

The nearest chain gym is a bus ride away in Leyton. Was just wondering if anyone knew of a closer one. Also am not really a fan of the 'chain' gyms anyway and want somewhere where people are concentrating on working out not what theylook like in the mirror!!!
