Default wrong training?

hi i just started lifting wights about 3 weeks ago and im only 14.
i found that in the beginning my biceps grew very quickly but towards the shoulder side where the muscle declines, it seems as if something is missing. is this just because im young or am i doing something wrong?

Don't worry at all. You've only just started and your already seeing some results so thats good. If you want, post your routine up, and tell us what your diet is like and people will be happy to give you advice.
