| Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | hi i just started lifting wights about 3 weeks ago and im only 14. i found that in the beginning my biceps grew very quickly but towards the shoulder side where the muscle declines, it seems as if something is missing. is this just because im young or am i doing something wrong? |
