When you say steak and potato dinner - we really need to know how much your eating. You can find nutritional data on the back of the packets, or you can look it all up here: NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter

At what point are you training during the day?

How come you're having 2scoops oats before bedtime?

i usually train about 5 on a night after work, 3 day split. what i normal have for my main meal on a night time as follows. chicken breast x 2 potatoes either new or jacket pot in a sauce of either beef caserole or chicken caserole with mushrooms and onions.veg i have broccolli, cauliflower and carrots.

i now have some photos from my first 5 weeks. i have them in a excel doc so i have 3 when i started and 3 up to date pics.how do i get them up on here?

is it a goog idea to eat mcdonalds and stuff like that? wouldnt it be better to eat alot of healthy food
