| Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: the land of the sund Posts: 19 Rep Power: ![]() | i usually train about 5 on a night after work, 3 day split. what i normal have for my main meal on a night time as follows. chicken breast x 2 potatoes either new or jacket pot in a sauce of either beef caserole or chicken caserole with mushrooms and onions.veg i have broccolli, cauliflower and carrots. i now have some photos from my first 5 weeks. i have them in a excel doc so i have 3 when i started and 3 up to date pics.how do i get them up on here? |
