Default Body Fat?

Hi there

i was wondering if anyone could help me with measuring bodyfat, To be honest i don't know how or where to get it done, finding it a little confuseing

Theres a number of ways you can do it...

As a rough indicator, if your abs aint showing your over 15% bodyfat.

You can get measured at boots for 70p which is a useful indicator, or get some calipers to do a 5 site measurement.

No measurement is perfect, they are all just an estimation
