Equipment - Im not looking to spend a huge amount on gear, only some starter stuff and work up, see how I go (what weight in KG ? Brands ? Sites ?) Diet - I really have no clue what to eat, like a good eating plan for a day, what to avoid and what to eat more of, to keep a healthy balanced diet... I hear that protein is good for working out, but what in specific. Thanks for reading in advance, much appreicated, wg0. |

Oats, Fish, Fruit, Chicken Breasts, Tuna, Some pastas, Whey protein to make shakes..just look around. you can find some good diets around the net. good luck. ______________________ You know you are a bodybuilder when someone asks you what day it is, and you respond with " legs." |
