Default Where to Start????

Hi,
I am strart to do some exercise and am wondering how best to reach my target. I want to lose between 6 and 8 kilos hopefully of fat and build some muscle aswell. so Should I focus on losing teh weight first and then build up my muscles or vice versa or at the same time?

you will need to do the cardio to loose the weight. but you can do both at the same time.

You could achieve both at the same time with a good weight training routine and sensible diet and cardio.
