| Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi, I am strart to do some exercise and am wondering how best to reach my target. I want to lose between 6 and 8 kilos hopefully of fat and build some muscle aswell. so Should I focus on losing teh weight first and then build up my muscles or vice versa or at the same time? Thanks |
