I'm prepared to go all out on this and when I see some results I would like to build to get big but big in the right way. Does anyone know of a good diet plan I can follow and will it help me getting stuff like fat striper and other supplements Thanks for your time |

The thing to do is bust your own ass with cardio. It takes work and effort but once you get good at it you'll crave it because your stomach as well as your entire physique will get totally ripped. Start now while you're young before the fat gets totally out of control. You don't want to be one of those "java the hut" mother ****ers that can't get out of bed to take a crap. |
