Split your training sessions so that you hit different muscle groups each time. E.g. Monday; Chest, Tuesday; Legs, Thursday: back, Sat; Arms and shoulders.

Add some extra meals into your diet so that you eat 5-6 times a day and get more calories in. Make sure that all the meals contain some protein and aim to get at least 200grams of protein in a day. Take your bulking shake immediately after your workout, the sooner the better.

Choose compund movements with free weights instead of machine and isolation exercises. Exercises like deadlifts and squats must be in your routine.
