Hi,
I am in the process of going on a course, please excuse my ignorance, i've only ever been on one deca course about 2 years ago, can i use deca with a testostarone?

you can yes.

but if you are as uneducated as you sound i would advise against it...

1 - is your diet what it should be? if not, whats the point of using steroids?

2 - is your traing as good as it could be?

3 - what exact course will you be running?

4 - are you including PCT and do you know why it is done?

Read as much as you can before you start getting further into steroids. If you're not training and eating right then the steroids won't be as effective. Also, if you don't know enough about what you're taking you are asking for all sorts of health problems.

Deca and Test is a common combination but what are you going to use for PCT (post cycle therapy), do you have Nolva in case you get gyno (do you know what gyno is?)? How long are you going to run them, at what dose? What testosterone ester are you going to use (it greatly affects the dosing and frequency of your injections). What are your stats (height, weight, age etc...)? What are your goals? Test and deca may not be your best option depending on a huge variety of things.

Have a look at as many other posts as you can, you can never now too much. Ask questions if you don't understand something. The only dumb question is the one that you don't ask.

Post some pics, what's your body profile (what's going in your body, rest, exercises and frequency), what are your goals.

Anyone on this forum that is worth talking too will tell you the same thing, READ!!!!!!!!

There is no reason you can't learn from our mistakes and our triumphs. If I were you I would read every post about steroids that is on the forum for the past 2 years. I did and am a better man for it. In my opinion it is a good start to learning what really works and what people are saying about the products.
