Default newbie routine questions

ok this is the scenario i am 6 foot 200lbs i have been working out for the last month or so but have been active all my life anyway i eat high protein and complex carbs with protein shakes thrown in on my workout days <m/w/f> anyway when i work out i do chest, arms, back on all three days and cardio on the off days i have seen results but i was wondering is it ok to do all the exercises 3 days a week or should i just cut it down to 2 days a week? i want to build as much as possible and i am willing and eager to do the work so any suggestions are appreciated!!

Abbs are fine to do everyday, however if your building up then i see little point. with ref to your routine it sucks!

Monday - chest, Back
Tuesday - shoulders, Arms
Wednesday - DAY OFF
Thursday - DAY OFF
Friday - legs
Saturday & Sunday - DAY OFF

of cause the above can be altered and it's just an example. Like i do one bodypart per day. some people like to do arms with chest.

there are no rules apart from giving 100% and lifting heavy. keep your rep range from 6 to 10, again some people may say higher, there really is no rule to any of it, different people will respond to different things. However, most people will respond to heavy lifts with reps of 8 to 10. your sets should be no more than 9 for large muscle groups and 6 for the smaller muscle groups.

regards to cardio, dont drop it but be carefull not to do too much.

imo NATTYS shouldnt train 2 days on the trot.
i`d say 2x week or once every 3rd day.(that`ll be a minority opinion tho)

I dont agree with that, they are a muscle like any other and still need time to rest and recuperate so they can grow. Twice a week is ideal IMO

See what io mean dude, everyone has a different opinion. Best bet is do something that fits in better with you, like bulldozer sais it's a muscle and it will grow regardless, but make sure you train every muscle and not just chest back and arms, dont forget shoulders and legs.

5x5`s a great set option mate.
i`d only do 5x5 for exercise tho unless youre volume is very low.

dont get fixated on an ideal rep range bud-theyre all good-its the progression that counts

not many exercises or sets.
i only do 1 exercise per body part bodypart and usually only 4 exercises in each workout and train only 2x a week for example.
