thanks for the info!! ok i changed my routine to chest and back on monday,legs on wed, and arms and shoulders on fri sound good?? what about my diet? i wake up and have 3-4 eggs usually 1-2 yolks rest just whites with 2 pieces of wheat toast, and a banana , and then i eat a lot of chicken and other white meat throughout the day try to keep it around every 3 hrs and usually with swiss cheese and some kind of complex carb and creatine every day.on the days i work out i have all of the above and add in a protein shake an hour or so before i work out and another one an hour or so after i work out sound good?? any suggestions?
