Default best time to train

wondered if anyone had any theories on what time of day is best for training. can the body benefit more by say training on mornings when you are rested after a good nights sleep.? or is it better to train on evenings so you then can rest? or is there no difference and there are no advantages whenever you train?

Dunno about benefits but I love training first thing in the morning, bags of energy and makes me feel good all day and by the time bedtime comes around I am knackered enough for a good nights sleep.

I would say dont worry about it !!

It will make such a little difference, the fact that you are training and training hard is what counts!

training should be same whenever in my opinion... its the timing and layouts of your recuperation that will make the biggest difference... i.e. food/sleep/supps
