hello fellaz....


age------22
weight---76+kg's
height----6ft


began at 60kg's at 6ft=skinny,,,yes that was me.always wanted to be bulkier.dint find any point of working out being so skinny until i said ENOUGH is ENOUGH..!

i eat ,and boy did i eat.

such a hard gainer,i doubled my meals ,nothing ,trippled and the gains began,tough road,i struggled felt like throwing up half the time,
found my way to 76kg's including bumbells and a run once a week for 1hr 30.to banish any fat and keep fit.
and now im told im looking good (as if i'm done..lol)

joining the gym has been the biggest fear ever faced,
i cud walk into a room full of people i dint know,and not give a DAMN.but the gym...rather get tortured

my fellow founded friends,,,,

"I HAVE JOINED THE GYM" .....(yesssssssssssssssssss)

iam so excited...iam happy.

my body is ready,
my mind is ready,
my bloody heart is ready,

its time to bulk up add that mass and muscle,,lads,im READY.

iam very happy be part of this site.
i have read alot and reserched quite a bit on my preparation of joining the gym,,
and there is just too much info as we all know
all soo many ,so different and all sound good.

-----But **** websites----

-i want to speak to real people..!
-people that know and have lived it..!
-and i am on the RIGHT place..!

fellaz im ready to go for the kill and never look back.
i need help,as i do not know where to begin to where to end.

i need a good workout routine
i have no clue..!

how many reps,sets and rests---i need help from daddy-(expeienced)
i need a set routine i can follow.

i am focusing strickly on my upperbody.!.
i wanna build bigg arms and shoulders with a tonned tummy.

_for me its about having a good body and it looking good,,i do not care about building strenght and all that mambo jumbo(no offence)_

including serious mass and good mucscle,i wanna be a big boy.(for once in my life)


i also need help on diets,,i honeslty do not know what foods have protien and all that,,id rather be told by exact food,,,cut out the small talk.

i do not know what shakes to take to put on serious mass.even when to take em during my training and through out the day.


BOYS....im ready,im ready ,and iam excited....

if you've joined a half way decent gym there should be someone there who can answer all your questions and point you in the right direction.

i have joined a university gym,,,,and honestly,not undermining their abilities or anything but,,the few intsructers they have dont even have a physic one would want to take advice from.

Hey Reel,

Just a few words from an old man! I’ve just read through ya posting and would like to give you a bit of advice….3 little words. Train your legs!!!!!! Whatever you want to achieve you HAVE to train your legs. They are the foundation stones of your body. Do you really think that those big hunky arms, shoulders like boulders and that washboard tummy is going to look good with sparrows legs! I think not! I see so many lads at my gym doing this and to be honest it’s a bit of a standing joke with some of them who shall remain nameless but they know who they are lol.

But seriously I’ve learnt in the past 25 years that training your legs will bring on your upper body. It is tough but the rewards are so worth while. So don’t dismiss them as unimportant. I hope this helps you on your way!

the old dudes right there!
ive been kinda specializing on legs for a while now and my upper body has responded well.
squats and deads promote a greater anabolic effect than other exercises
