Default Help with routine.

Hi
Im looking for some help to get my weekly routine set out, I want my routine to span over 5 days Monday to Friday lasting around an hour a day,
And mainly be based around compound exercises, as I am looking to add size and strength.
I have got my diet set out after reading through all the posts, which were very helpful, so all I need now is to set out my exercise routine.

I would say 1 hr a day over 5 days might be a bit too much, especially if you want to concentrate on compound exercises.

Personally mate, and this ain't meant as a criticism but time spent in the gym shouldn't really be an issue. Concentrate more on intensity and quality. Like Andy1981Iron said you'll probably struggle to spend an hour doing heavy compound exercises.
