| Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Stalybridge UK Posts: 8 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Im looking for some help to get my weekly routine set out, I want my routine to span over 5 days Monday to Friday lasting around an hour a day, And mainly be based around compound exercises, as I am looking to add size and strength. I have got my diet set out after reading through all the posts, which were very helpful, so all I need now is to set out my exercise routine. Thanks Lee |

Concentrate more on intensity and quality. Like Andy1981Iron said you'll probably struggle to spend an hour doing heavy compound exercises. |
