Default good starter cycle for first timer

What would be a good starter cycle for my lifting partener. He first wants to melt off fat and then go straight into bulk cycle.

Only problem there Wigz in order to make it to Blackpool would it not be best advise to bipass Manchester as his bike would probably be nicked by the Moss side boys with him on it.

if you really want to melt off the fat... use some petrol... matches alone will only burn the skin!

other than that... hard work with your diet... the drugs dont work they just make you worse!!!

I feel a little bit cruel now! drugs are the finishing touch mate, whether you are trying to add or loose weight the main things to consider are your diet and training, steroids won't help much if you don't have them sorted

Good luck
