Default lower chest

Hey i was just wondering what are the best exercise to perform to give my pecs the really rounded look. My upper part of my pecs are fine im really happy about them but nothing seems to be toning or developing on my lower half of the pecs. Thanks for the help

Agree with the others about dips but put in some decline presses as well

I just invested in a dip belt, hoping that will blast my lower pecs.

You know, one of those belts that you can hang weights on to make dips harder. Personally I just use a bit of rope, hardcore!

I figured out a new way to get a good burn in the lower chest area. It works for me anyway. Do decline dumbell presses and through the arnold twist in with it. Gives it that extra ummph.

You might also find that the middle of your lower pecs need the most attention. The exercises these guys recommended I would say are spot on but you can also throw in a narrow decline press. It involves a narrow grip (obviously) but instead of a big downward motion only move down about 6 inches max then push up and flex you pecs as far as you can really squeezing it up and together you will definitley feel the middle working then.
