| Under Construction Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 42 Rep Power: ![]() | Hey all I am 5'11" and weigh 230 lbs. I do have alot of muscle ,but its underneath all the fat I have and can't seem to get rid of. My fat is mostly at bottom of my stomach and love handles. I also have quite a bit of fat at bottom part of breast. I can push in about a fingernails length of fat then that is when I hit the muscle. Do I need to gain more muscle then diet or diet then bulk. |
