If you did 4 bodyparts per session and 10 sets for each muscle - thats 40 sets per workout. That seems too much to me. Personally, I would not do more than 2 bodyparts per session and include 3 exercises at 3 sets each for each of the bigger muscle groups (e.g. back, quads, chest) and 2 exercises at 3 sets each for the smaller groups. That way, you spread each muscle group out over the week, allowing them a greater time to repair and grow |
