| Making Progress Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 243 Rep Power: ![]() | just wondered what the best method of breathing is and does it make any difference ive managed to inhave exhale correctly but do u breath tho your mouth nose??? and my mouth becomes extremely dry not that it matters much ive always got juice to hand well water but is that normal saying that when im pushing had it comes out or in from everyway |

Wouldn't worry about the dry mouth either -just take on plenty of liquids. What do you mean by your last statement Jay. Do you mean that during major exertion, you're trumping like an elephant. |
