Now im ready, my next year is dedicated to getting big and you all will be here thru it with my constant questions. Right.... before I start off this journey, do I need to up my calory into a certain amount, or should I up it as I start to work out...? Currently I eat about 1500 calories, which is quite alot for me. I am 5ft 10 and 7 stone 5 pounds.... At my worst I was probably on 700 calories, anyway I am upping it as we speak but for maximum gain, should I continue to up my calorie intake until I reach a certain start off mark, or should I start working out now, eating suffiecent protein and upping it as I go along? Your thorts plz Freeezer |

See my other post in your other thread about protein, you need to eat far more. Buy a weight gainer like Dorian Yates Pro Mass or Extreme's mass gainers.
