| Under Construction Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: United Kindom, Wales, Gwent Posts: 36 Rep Power: ![]() | Hi Guys I got my Body Fat tested Saturday and i've got 8%. I'm 5ft 8ins and 12stone 6lbs. I was just wondering how much bodyfat i should have? Is 8% too low or too high? Your comments would be very grateful! Cheers |

Nick is there anyway that i can increase my size and keep my bodyfat down? When i tryed dropping cardio and increasing weights i found myself feelin' like a robot, and my bodyfat increased so i stopped. Can you or anyone help? Cheers for the info guys |
