| Illuminati | i think grip work is great fun- you can pinch grip weight plates,use a wrist roller,grippers,wrist curls,finger curls and thick bar work to name a few. heres a link to a grip training forum- http://www.gripboard.com/ (you will have to join tho - its free) and another great site is- http://www.functionalhandstrength.com/ ive found that gripwork doesnt really affect my workouts unless i`m in PB territory. but then i`m not a competitor and have different goals ![]() |
