How do i get bigger forearms???I have no idea how to build mucle on my forearms could anyone help???

reverse grip bicep curls with a barbell do it for me?

they will grow over time mate... if your skinny they will normally be very thin... they are not really something you want to target at this stage as training them specifically will not help with your grip as they will be sore and youll suffer on other more important exercises...

concentrate on your basic training and eating for now and youll find yur forearms grow alongside the rest of you! no need to target them specifically at this stage!

I have disproportionally tiny forearms too

i think grip work is great fun-
you can pinch grip weight plates,use a wrist roller,grippers,wrist curls,finger curls and thick bar work to name a few.

ive found that gripwork doesnt really affect my workouts unless i`m in PB territory.
but then i`m not a competitor and have different goals

Try some wrist curls mate, they seem to do the job for me, watch out though because they burn.
