A friend recons that insulin has anabolic properties and should assist my attempts to put on a bit of muscle and bulk up....... is this true??? I'm new to all this and at the moment trying to bulk using whey protein and diet, as well as training of course. There are so many products on the market, can anyone assist by giving a brief breakdown of what a beginner should do to make satisfactory gains. Thanks Mark1 |

Not convinced that because I take insulin I'll see better gains! I'll give the training routine a go and see how things progress. Thanks again. M |

My question was does it have properties which will aid muscle gain? I'm taking it anyway and dont intend to change my dosage or methods, other than to compensate for my increased food intake. It was a friend who suggested there wher benefits, wrt musecle gains. Just wanted to see if there was anyone out there who could explain or rubbish this. |
