Default Gains with juice free?

Hi all, im new to the site. I have been training on and off for years and now have decided to show some commitment. I am wondering if people agree/disagree if significant gains can be made without juice. Morally its not a problem but I just fancy staying as clean as I can if possible but dont want to waste my time.

Can any one help please??

Hi mate. You can definately make significant gains naturally. Check out www.lamuscle.com. A mate of mine did a natty show at the weekend and the pictures are posted on that site. There are some pretty significant bods there.

Why not post up your training programme, diet and supplementation and we can have a look and maybe gives some tips. Post your stats (age, height, weight etc and what your goals are) As long as you've got the commitment, you're halfway there.

My personal opinion is there does come a point where the gains slow down to a point that only gear can break through. Or, you decide to take your bodybuilding to another level and think about competing, where of course, steroids will help enormously. As you say, it's a personal choice. But before making that choice, do the other stuff I suggested (i.e.post your training, diet etc).

Nice to have you on board

Definitely, with a good diet and training schedule you can be a beast. Check out the NBFF.

12 stone = 12 x 14 lbs.

1.5 x 12 x 14 = your protein/day

They're only banned as such in the natural federations. There isn't any drug testing (that I'm aware) in the UKBFF or Nabba competitions

Even at that most if not some guys who enter a natural competition are on roids or have been before. A guy walking in whos 20 with the mature muscle mass of someone who is 30 is either a genetic freak or is on or has been on the roids.
