| Under Construction Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 1 Rep Power: ![]() | im 26 yrs old and i havent been in the gym for about a year...so when i recently started back a couple of weeks ago i was really surprised thai i was only sore for one day... ever since then i havent been sore at all...this is really weird to me i feel like im not doing anything right... the gym i go has machines that are on hydraulics so i cant increase the weight. i usually walk on the treadmill for 45 mins and do the machines i do about 3 sets of 20 or more and walk again. but never any muscle soreness...what am i doing wrong??? i need to drop atleast 40-50 lbs fast... what can i do??? |

| Under Construction Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Dublin Posts: 47 Rep Power: ![]() | It could be a case of muscle memory ie the muscle ajusts faster to being worked because you used to train i have been training for a few years and i am not always sore but i know if i keep the workouts about an hour to hour and half and keep it intense weather i am sore or not its working.Try upping the intensity(shorter breaks) and see how you get on good luck |
