Default Extreme range

hey all,

U guys seems to like the extreme range so im gonna give it a go
Im looking for advice on what supplements to actually use?

Im 14.5stone and 5.11ft I have abit of a build of fat on my body atm, im looking to drop the fat, but continue increasing the muscle size.

my workout looks kinda like this:

monday: chest + running
tuesday: running
wednesday: back + shoulders
thursday: running
friday: arms + running

I was considering these extreme products :
Performance Whey OR Extreme Protein (which 1 is best)
Glutamine Comp
Creatine (possibly)

I also have aload of EAS myoplex

Any advice is welcome

whats your current diet like?

extreme is a good range of supplements that you cant go wrong with in terms of both price and quality... im using their performance whey myself at the moment. strawberry flavour..... mmmmmmmm

Hey LeeB,

heres some of wot i have:

saturday - thursday:
8:00 : Reflex Protien Shake and porridge + fruit juice

12:00 Jacket Spud tuna & sweetcorn/Chicken salad sandwich/beef onion & mushroom bagette

15:00 fruit.. apple, pear etc

18:00 workout

19:30-20:00 Pasta chicken/omlette salad, chicken rice/(sometimes Jacket Spud/tuna

23:00: protien shake

I drink coffee at work (2 cups) anything diet (coke) and fruit juice (fresh orange or apple juice)

Friday:
this i kinda my relax day: everythings the same as any other day, but I usually go to the pub with work m8's and have a pint with a meal like fish n chips or curry n rice. sometimes i have a chocolate bar in evening

ok.. have to be quick as just about to leave work... main obvious problem here is that your going from 12:00-19:30 without taking in any decent carbs and protein.. thats seven and a half hours that your body does not have any nutrients being ingested... you also have a training session smack bang in the middle of that...

your body will be canibalising your muscle to use it as fuel for your training... then your recovering by eating again.. until the next day when your cannibalising the muscle again....

am sure therell be lots of suggestions on how to fix this as well as improving other areas of your diet to get best results.

but its easy enough done so hopefully your growing should be kick started again in no time!

I agree with LeeB, major diet problem between 12 and 730.

If you are trying to lose fat, i say no carbs after 6pm (apart from 20 - 30 grams immediately PWO)

thought you would say that lol. Thats why i purchased aload of EAS MRP. Just had my first 1 about 30mins ago.

ok fellas, im gonna buy these extreme products:

Performance Whey
Glutamine Comp
Protien Bars

I aleady have
MetRx Creatine
EAS Myoplex MRP

Im gonna add a snacks:
10:30 fruit and a protien bar
15:00 MRP EAS Myoplex

Im also gonna cut the carbs from 18:00 onwards as nick500 mentioned.

Any comments on this fellas?

Sounds good, don't eat too many protien bars, they make you fart and also often have sugars in it which aren't totally ideal for cutting fat.

whats the recomendation for my 10:30. I cant really eat anything that requires a knife n fork. Would another MRP be better?
